Powerful Pen Media Chapel of NUJ to train Journalists on factual reportage and national security in maritime

The Powerful Pen Media Chapel of NUJ has concluded plans to organise a training programme for
maritime Journalists on factual Reporting and national security.
The capacity building programme is scheduled to hold on Thursday June 9, 2022, at MAJAN Secretariat, Apapa, Lagos.
The programme will provide a veritable platform to update Journalists on modern trends in port operations.
The training will focus on the latest techniques in reporting Port operations, taking into cognisance national security
* Accurate reportage of Customs Operations/Modernisation
* Freight forwarding in 21st Century
Dignitaries expected at the training are officials of Nigeria Customs Service, Freight Forwarders from ANLCA, NAGAFF, National Council of Managing Directors and other captains of industry.
The training is designed to upscale the competences of maritime Journalists in reporting activities of the industry accurately, in line with the latest trends in port operations.
